"Bubba Ho-Tep is that rare cinematic combination of totally unique story and near-perfect execution."

– Cheryl Eddy, i09.com

The Bubba Ho-tep franchise of films, novels, comics, and music came to life upon the release of writer-director Don Coscarelli's (Phantasm, The Beastmaster, John Dies At The End) feature film in 2003 telling the story of an aging and cantankerous "Elvis" in this "zinger-filled crowd-pleaser" (The Hollywood Reporter). When mysterious deaths plague a Texas retirement home, it's up to its most sequined senior citizen to take on a 4,000-year-old Egyptian mummy with a penchant for cowboy boots, bathroom graffiti and sucking the souls from the barely living.
